Hey folks,

as you may or may not know, I'm now down 23 buy-ins at no limit. It all started at NL600, by now I have moved all the way down to NL100. And I keep losing

I was going to post a lot of hand histories for you to analyze but ultimately decided against it. The post would have been creepy long.
Instead, I recorded 84 minutes of gameplay today, so you can see an entire 4-tabling session as it played out.

Somebody with a bit of time on their hands, please review the video and tell me whether I've created leaks in my game. I honestly can't tell anymore cause no matter what I just keep losing.

At around minute 31, there is a cut in the video because I had an unexpected real life obligation. So the video really consists of two smaller sessions edited together.

Thanks everyone for your time!

Can you explain the stats? I've downloaded the video and would gladly look through it (maybe looking through all ~80 mins will take a little while), but I can't make sense of what I think are pokeroffice stats which are essential in analyzing the hands.

I would be glad to take a look at the video. I have a bunch of free time the next week and I feel like I should contribute something as I havent been very active at all lately. Downloading now, will post reactions later.

One thing I notice is you c-bet a little too big. The first example of this is with 8Tc at ~2:30 on the bottom left table.

You raise pf, get a caller from the blinds, then bet $7 into an $8 pot when checked to on an 8xA flop. Although it doesn't seem like that much of a difference, a $5-6 bet will have just the same effect a $7 will have, and it will save you tons in the long-run. 2/3-3/4 the pot is fine.

I'm a little busy now but I'll post more comments later.

This is a very good point. I don't think I often c-bet this much, I just tend to mix it up a little.
If I have to pot it to protect an actual hand while I always c-bet for quite a bit less, then people may catch on to that.

But I'll certainly watch out for it, so thanks.

I thought a c-bet was supposed to be as much as if you had an actual hand. Perhaps your bet to "protect an actual hand" is too much also. Just a comment, since I have not yet looked at the hands and sort of suck at NL anyway.

If I have to pot it to protect an actual hand

There are very few occasions where you 'have to' do this, and where a 3/4 pot bet isn't just as effective as a pot bet is.

Only ~15 mins in, i made a few little notes as I went along

- pot cbet w/2nd pair, excessive
- 3 bet 3bb pfr to 11bb, excessive
- called button raise with 44 in SB, should often 3-bet
- called SB raise in BB with KJ, not terrible in position but should 3-bet often
- again cbetting near pot with TPQK, excessive

basically looks like slightly overzealous bet sizing and not 3-betting enough, will watch the rest this afternoon and revert.

edit: ah, i missed the bit where you explained the PO stats, nvm

Just posting to second what Dorkus has said.

44 and KJ we should be 3-betting, especially out of position. We need fold equity with these hands since they're rarely hitting postflop very hard. Most of the time you'll call, check a missed flop, and fold to a c-bet. By 3-betting we represent a much bigger hand, take control of the action and thus get a lot more FE.

And ya, just in general you bet a little too big with continuation bets and value bets alike - stick to ~3/4 pot bets.

Im around 35 minutes through the video, made a couple notes, however everyone has said it all already. Dorkus covered things very well. Continuing on in the video, there are more spots where you flat call from the blinds where I think you should be either 3-betting or folding.
