Flopping the stone-cold nuts. Did i take max value?
So i have KK on the BB. sitting around 2$ (100BB) maybe a little more cant remember. guy opens from middle position for 6c and i 3bet to 20c. he calls.
flop is K2K (2 diamonds)
I check and he bets 2/3 pot. i call.
turn is a 7 making another flush draw.
i bet small... 30c.. making it look like a scared blocker bet. a scared pair of JJ or TT.. even QQ or AA. and he raises to 90c. at this point he has 86c behind. and with the flush draws on board i basically thing that by shoving i get all his draw to pay me off (they are commited to call) and i think that if hes bluffing
(which is most likely since i have both kings) hes probably going to shut down on the river with only a quarter pot bet behind. so i shove it. and he folds. was there any way to spike another bet on the river?
maybe checking? would he have shoved a bluff? or making another small "weak" donk bet? he could have paid it off with 88-QQ... not sure.. maybe he had Aces and he wasnt bluffing. but it really seemed like he was done with the hand in any case. (i thought about 88-AA without KK obv because he could have raised for information.. i know its stupid but its possible)
