i think flop is fine if you feel like raising is going to look way too strong. board is super dry so not a ton to worry about. on turn i'd just make it more. he's bet pretty small and it's sort of drawy and you haven't even 3x'd his small bet. i'd go at least 14. when he reraises you're definitely never getting away since he can have weaker two pair

all in all you played it good, i'd just raise more on the turn

Do you have a read on villain that he's truly fishy? Otherwise this is like always a set, or QT if he's a chaser. What else flats preflop from the blinds, than stacks on a AKx board against a UTG raiser ???

well he was most likely beat since he posted the hand. but it's super easy for your average villain to show up with A3(suited or non)/AJ, possibly KJ. it's 25NL and people don't play very good. putting him on precisely 33, or a QT that makes pretty little sense based on flop, and then trying to get away from it would be ridiculous. you certainly don't need a read to stack here

agreed that this looks like a line that a set would take but that means he has to have exactly 33's and i think there are enough weaker aces/two pair combinations to justify getting it in here

Take it to the felt. You should four-bet the flop and get it all in there with that much action.

Even at 25nl you'll find a few decent players who realize how strongly a AKx board hits the range of an UTG raise. And i'm only confortable stacking here against a fish.

you realize this is 6max right? also, you're realistically beat by 3 combinations in the deck! even if you only use A3 suited, AJ, and KJ for his two pair hands that makes 21 combinations. i'm not even counting possible combo draws. and QT doesn't even make sense. but furthermore, if he actually did show up with QT, it would only suggest that he's actually not thinking much about our UTG range based on the bizarre flop raise 4way with us still to act... meaning the same type of player would almost certainly stack two pair!

your UTG range doesn't mean so much when they hit omgtwopairs. they might be smart enough to be unhappy about getting the chips in, but you are overestimating the average poker player at 25NL so much. it's nothing to be thrilled about, but you're missing a sinful amount of value not looking to get it in here, which is why i'm so adamant. it's not even close

but sorry you lost, OP
