I don't usually play cash and when I do it's micro level.
I have no reads but was very suspicious of the UTG limp.
I feel I should have raised him on the flop but I didn't want to lose him.
I got quite lucky!
Thoughts?

I've been seeing this "limp and try and reraise" play a lot. Seems like people slow play monsters to win little bit extra and occasionally get destacked when the opponent his a draw. Just last night I saw a guy limp in with AKs, then check the flop when he hit TPTK. The other guy hit a big draw on the turn and completely destacked him.

I'd rather win the blinds than lose my buy-in because I let the BB see a free flop.

On the turn he didn't want to lose you since he hit his full house.

He probably would have called a check-raise on the river though, no?

You've flopped the nuts, so no amazing skill in that. The skill is getting paid in full for your advantage. You must push this river.
