Obviously we fist pump for hitting our ace, but it's an ugly little club. Assume no reads (except that it's an exceptionally tight table seemingly), how can we get value?

That is probably the ultimate scare card for his hand. I think I'd check here and try to do my betting on the river. This way, it keeps the pot small if he has a flush, and if he doesn't, it makes it more likely that he'll pay us off since showdown is just a click away :)

Check turn, call/bet 2/3 pot on the river.

Well I'm all for small-ball play here. Check this turn and if a non-club and no board pair comes on the river I'd call a reasonable river bet or bet 1/2 pot if opponent checks.

Opps got my position wrong, should be call/bet which is exactly what c9 said, so pretty pointless post by me :D.

yeah, the A was a scare card for him, so unless he flushed or hit 2 pair with the A, he's probably not calling a turn bet. But if he checks on the river I think you can value bet the river. He's not checking the flush after we checked behind. We get called by 2-pair hands and low flushes, but the rest of his range that has us beat is value betting the river himself.
