I would have reraised preflop. But the final question is a difficult one to make. I say call. You have top two pair. Chances are your opponent doesn't have Pocket Aces or Kings since you have one of each. Pocket sevens are the only thing you should be fearing. Of course, he could be going all in on a flush draw.
