The nightmares of the cash game - i played all week and couldnt hit a pair on any flop, KK always ran into a rag Ace that paired, not to mention the pesky river killers when dominating the hand

You want to try something new, another game, another style even another site.

One more go, you think and what do you know, a table of passive fish and the pack smacks you left right and centre, so many good hands you raise, the others must think you're at it but you're not.

What i am trying to say is - there is always tomorrow, if you are getting frustrated - stop, because we all know that doesn't help either.

For all the good days there have to be bad ones (if only i knew what ratio :p )

Hand 1: I'd check call. Same on the turn if it's a safe card. As played fold on flop.

Hand 2: If he's a donkey then might want to raise to isolate, and he wasn't in early position so you might have the best hand. But normally just call is good. On the river it's a tough decision, very often he has a straight here and thinks he's good, or maybe a smaller flush. IDK what I'd to really

Hand 3: I'd fold since you're only in for $.55 and have to call the rest of your stack off.

Hand 4: I think either shoving or just calling is ok. Shoving might make him fold, he could fold and still have 7 left.

Hand 5: Deepstacked with just one pair, try to check it down. Check call on the flop.

Hand 6: Never fold here, call and then check call the river.

Hand 1: I'd check call. Same on the turn if it's a safe card. As played fold on flop.

you seriously fold tptk to a 2.50 pfa whenever they raise you on a board that contains a flush draw? Also, you probably missed my note that I had folded to him in an identical situation recently?

Hand 2: If he's a donkey then might want to raise to isolate, and he wasn't in early position so you might have the best hand. But normally just call is good. On the river it's a tough decision, very often he has a straight here and thinks he's good, or maybe a smaller flush. IDK what I'd to really

Hand 3: I'd fold since you're only in for $.55 and have to call the rest of your stack off.

You can't be serious. Fold QQ after she open limped? She's hyper aggro raising whenever she has the chance preflop: limp = weak

Hand 4: I think either shoving or just calling is ok. Shoving might make him fold, he could fold and still have 7 left.

no way am I just calling here in a multiway pot. I would rather fold it.

Hand 5: Deepstacked with just one pair, try to check it down. Check call on the flop.

Hand 6: Never fold here, call and then check call the river.

^^

1. call and re-evaluate turn. not the most fun thing to do out of position, but stack sizes are too awkward for a raise, and 3bet-folding sucks when he has a combo draw.. you're only getting it in vs. sets/two pair/straight/big draws for the most part

2. mehh. stats suggest he's kinda nitty. just comes down to a read on if you think he does this with a weaker flush enough, cause he's obviously not bluffing. the fact that he's so tight suggests that a lot of the suited hands he's playing with are gonna have the A. obv there's the full houses too. i think you can get away but it's hard to fault a call

3. i'd call. this is a dumb medium pair a lot. too weird that he limped behind.. obv AA/KK is possible but not likely

4. yeah, shove is good

5. their stats are such that a squeeze is reasonable. i'd definitely do it on the button but since you're out of position i don't really mind that you don't want to play a huge pot yet. checkraise on flop is fine. turn bet is fine. on the river a smallish blocking/value bet will work vs certain opponents. im pretty sure he's got you if he raises, even though he's aggro preflop. other option is check/soulread if he bets.. probably fold. he'll call a small bet with a weaker J a lot but will check it behind when you check. pretty read dependent spot though

6. i don't mind checking this flop sometimes for balance. on the turn i'd just call. if you think he can be doing this with a T, a shove likely folds him out. if he's messing around with air, a shove definitely folds him out. flush draw is not that unlikely, and even when he has it, he'll miss 80% of the time and usually bet again when you check those missed rivers to him, cause your hand looks weak

Control pot size so that you don't need wager 100 big blinds with TPTK only, don't bet rivers for value with the second nut flush on a paired board which give a boat to set miners.
