Should I of layed this down? The table is a little loose but it's really not a bad table. Villian hasn't seen many hands but when he does he's aggressive.

You played it OK I think. There's an argument for a raise on the flop to see where you're at, but really I don't think that information is worth the price, which is an expansion of the size of the bets on the turn and river. You don't really want to be playing a big pot here with top pair / second kicker, and it's quite likely the better will just call your raise, and then you haven't a clue what to do on the turn.

Raising on the turn would be better because you now beat a larger range of hands - AK, KJ, J3 etc. However you're still behind JJ, 33 or small club flush, so there's an argument for just calling and hoping you hit another Q or K on the river. His bet is suspiciously small - 16c into a pot of 48c... which means he's either got a made nut flush and wants you to call, is blocking with [ac]x, or has just lost confidence that his [kd][5h] is the best hand...

The river bet's small enough for you to call - you're getting 4:1. There may be some value to a raise in case he has AK / KJ, or you think he might lay down a set, but I'd probably just call and hope to take it down. The only hands you beat though are AK, KJ and a bluff with a naked [ac].
