I think you meant the "turn" was the 6 of spades

Its hard to say since no information on the player was given. Where was he seated, what were the stack sizes, was he tight or loose, passive or aggressive?

Most wont bet into a mono color flop, unless they are holding first or second pair. if he had a flush he is prolly checking the flop to trap.

i just fold pre.
Folding Q10 is definitely the best play from the sb preflop in a multiway pot. If you're playing with many loose passive players though you can profitably squeeze in this spot and take it down before seeing the flop.

If it was 4 way and only 2bb I don't mind the call preflop, it's a bit loose, you could fold but I like to see cheap flops in this game.
On the flop if you were in the BB there cannot have been 2 checks in front of you. I would never lead out into 3/4 players here with a weak Queen. I would check to the raiser and see what develops. I'm also calling the first bet depending on its sizing and I would call a pot sized flop bet if it came from the last to act and take it from there.
If you check call flop and check turn players behind you with draws usually check behind and made hands tend to bet to protect and charge draws.
So as played you have shown significant strength flop and turn so I would have to assume his shove is stronger made hand or a very strong combo draw. I would expect him to shove made weak flushes like small suited hearts to protect against you having a single high heart. As played I would have folded the river to an over shove.
