Low Stakes and my reads are table as a whole has been playing with very little raises PF, lots of limping. My Image is very aggresive preflop and taking alot of flops down c-betting the flop so not revealing my hole cards that often. I know the result works in my favour because I played the cards and not my reads, just want to make sure that this is the correct play in this circumstance because the raise and re-raise did concern me on on what was a limpy table.

At these levels I think this play is fine. I stack KK all day every day and your overbet can be seen as a squeeze play with medium pocket pair given your image. At higher levels though don't overbet as often unless you know that much worse hands will call it. Betting about $1.00 here would make it easier to get the other 2 stack committed.

wat? 2NL players understanding the concept of a squeeze play?

To the OP: well played. No need to get fancy, people call all-in preflop with all kinds of crap at this level.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!

P.S. - Reload your stack to the full 2$, so you can get more money in preflop with the 2nd nuts.

I think the key part here to understand is that it was a good move at these stakes and with the relative stack sizes. You did exactly what should be done there. If one of them flips over aces preflop, so be it. Note that if the shortie had flipped over 9-8 instead of 10-9 he would have raked the main pot. I like your play there. Keep dragging the pots!
