I was at Casino Labour day weekend and I was waiting for 2-4 limit but could only sit at 1-2 NL bougt in for $50 and got upto about $150 playing tight. took a tough beat Qs9s and flop hit As 2s 10s nothing changed and there was no betting till the river guy bet all in $90 I called with 2nd nut and ofcourse he had Ks3s very next hand (this is the one I am asking about) the same guy comes out raising with KQoff in 1st position I have about $55 left and pocket Aces come so I fiqured Id move all in and get some of my $ back after a raise and a re-raise positon 5 had 10 10 that to me would have been a easy laydown since there were 2 raises infront of her and the option for another all in move from the original raiser who had just won $90 and had about $200 in front of him but she called her pocket 10s for $55 cold normalaly this would be great for me triple up instead of double up flop hit J 10 6 turn 8 river 6. I was amazed she called am I wrong?
this casino uses cash at table aswell so no mistake about what u r risking.
the way she new most of the players seemed like she played there often very lucky i guess

Very next hand, this could look like a tilt hand on your part.

You can look like you are on tilt trying to push back on the guy who just one a big pot off you. He raises the next hand and you push preflop. This can easily look like you are trying to buy back some of your chips (exactly what you want).

This is a mildly loose call but not a completely crazy one. A third reraise usually indicates AA or KK. Here there is only a raise and a reraise, I don't see this as to crazy.

I dont think id ever lay down 1010 on a 1/2 table to a 55$ push by a severe shortstack who just lost a big hand.

Its true that OR couldve rereraised but you cant put people on monsters all the time

thanks for your input guys. thats why I mentioned the beat before my AA I also thought she may have put me on tilt but like i said i had been there for over a hour playing tight I guess I just dont think 10 10 is that great of a starting hand. Also I forgot to mention max buyin is $100 so $55 was not a week bet. Also she came to the table from another complaining about how she couldnt lay down pocket 2s a couple times and took big beats so I guess she likes pockets alot. to each his or her own all in all it was a beat happens Ill take my chances anyday with AA vs KQo and 10 10 so I can triple up

1st of all delete the repeat post...

2nd it is hard to get off of a hand when you think your opponent was on tilt.
its not a crazy call with the 10 10 there but if i get re raised all in while holding 10 10 I will most likely fold, unless I feel as though I am not dominated by an overpair.....

also, could a mod please move this thread to the ring game hand analysis section

I have made a all in call I think once in a live ring game, no idea what guy had because I made set of tens I think on river and he mucked his hand. The guy was steaming, the whole table was pretty much walking over him and he didnt like me. I took some money from him when I flopped a flush and he failed to improve to a chased 4 board flush. He was like I had a high so and so and I was like I know. Was pretty obvious to be honest with you.

where they heck do you find a 1/2 game with a max buy in of $100 in a casino? thats crazy 50BB stacks max to start with.....

Yep you can't blame people for calling short stack's all in with 10 10. Sometimes they are against 77 - 99, sometimes AX, sometimes they run into AA.

Back I have some input for your previous hand. Since you don't have Ks, you have to bet a lot on the flop, hoping to drive out anyone with Ks + non-spade. Now if your opponent calls you know something is wrong here, and it is probably not a good idea to call an all-in on river. Also, if the board is paired by river, you could run into a full house even with the nut flush.

again ty for your input guys, I think everyone has got the wrong idea I was not short stacked most of the table had about 50-150 I had just taken a tough beat but I had been at this table for over a hour the woman who had the pocket 10s came to the table about half hour before complaining about pocket 2s getting her into trouble so oviously she plays all pockets I was just asking if other people would call in this situation. 55 was a big bet at this table she only had about 80.
this was in Niagra Can. and I also thought that a min 50 and Max 100 was wierd buy in limits too stormswa
Sorry I put this in the wrong thread just figuring it out.
sorry for double posting above I cant figure out how to delete it.
about the flush hand before maltz I dont think there was much I could do to get away from it I had the second nut and the board didnt pair flush was best posible hand and no one bet untill river I may have put him on the flush slow playing but hard to think he had Khigh only hand that could be me. just a tough beat. all part of the game.
At first I thougt she called because she put me on tilt but after some thought and other coments I am pretty sure she just plays all pockets and she new the orig. better I think she was calling to try and beat him not even concerned with what I had.
