bigger reraise preflop. when 3 others see flop for small raises top/top less likely to be ahead. Good chance you are against a draw here though. Is he the kind of player that minraises flushdraws for "deception"

Make it .60 to go preflop. Min raises suck.

Raise bigger pf, definately cb the flop, when he r/r you on the flop it's a read and stats thing from then on. He's opened from utg and called your 3/bet, he's r/r your cb. We need to decide whether we're playing for stacks. Personally I hate stacking off w/AK against a solid player who's open raising utg.

You've played it fine up until there, IMHO. VERY tricky situation. Because if he's got a lower set, his last raise was too high to encourage anyone to call. But you never know the stupidity of your opponent without additional info. AND, being you reraised, he might also have the nuts and think you're simply pot committed, and will call his huge reraise. My best guess originally would be k-10 or such. But after his reraise for the 2nd time to $2+, I'd have to put him on a set & fold. Again, additional info regarding his style is key - but without that, at a new table, I have to fold here. But I gotta say, his medium-raising on a crap middle pair before the flop is suspect, if not poor play if he indeed now has a set. So, I am no expert, but best guess this particular hand play is 'mix-it-up' and hard to read (?!?!?!)

So.....tell us how it played out. Guessing you folded.

Does this player raise <88 utg 4bb or call reraise with Aces? Thats about all there is to fear. At this level I think you see AJd here alot more often than a set after you reraise the flop. Villain would be getting even odds on the $2 left to draw to the flush. My guess is split pot though, rake special.
