That flop bet is terrible. Bet 0.16, and then you set him up for a bigger turn bet, and then the river push. Swell that pot, dont allow hands like J10 to draw out on you.

More like 10-15x BB (.20-.30) pre-flop? I doubt he would have called.

I agree w/ tenbob, At these stakes you should be betting your big hands big. You will win more long run. No more 1/2 pot flop bets, if you bet the flop make it pot size or even over bet it a bit. With a bigh hand you'd like to get it AI by the turn. So bet that flop at least $.20.
