How do you not bet the turn with that board?

I agree horrible calls by villan both preflop and on the flop.

But a turn bet is a must. If he's drawing you must make him pay the turn, since if he misses the river you don't get any value out of the hand. Slow playing the turn is a big mistake I see too many people make.

I'm with Pantin here. Calling that bet on the flop was insanity. You got lucky, pure and simple.

A $5.50 raise? Hey, I had to call to defend my big blind. I might have had 4/2, but I had position! And a good feeling!

No... seriously...

The thing is, those stats are WRONG.
While I did play in that game, that hand never happened.
According to PokerTracker I won $7.45 that game, my most profitable hand earning $4.20. The one time I had 4/2 they were sooted (and I still managed to fold pre-flop... what incredible self control I have).

Some Spanish speaker has been is spreading beautiful lies about me.

I guess I learned that you guys are a bit too nice about how that was played

Sheesh. I allegedly played that hand like a total donk, and deserved some harsher criticism. Perhaps you could have hunted me down and beaten me with a dead fish?

Oh yeah... the limit is wrong too. I didn't play $25 limit until Jan 1. And from what I can tell kikahll was never at the table (as I have no stats on him).

A hand was played at exactly 11:30:23. I made $3.30 by cracking Aces.

HA HA! Someone fabricating a faked bad beat to display to their fake internet forum friends! And your poor name gets smeared through the mud. That is the funniest thing I've seen all day.

Good thing he made it believable.

I agree. I really enjoyed it. He must be a real winner to fake a bad beat.
Look at those chip stacks as well. We were all doing unbelievably well.

It makes me wonder if any of the forum readers have added me to their donk lists. It'd be great if they looked me up and called me too much because they assumed I chased crap. This lie might actually win me some chippies! Nom nom nom!

I did sign up for that forum and used the Google translator to post a message, along with the real hand history. I'm curious to see how people react to his tall tale.

The deck had two Aces of diamonds.

How bizarre, the 2 hand numbers are the same, but the info is all different.

I cant imagine he could have gone to the trouble of typing up a whole Hand History from scratch with fake cards / stack sizes. I can only imagine it's been corrupted somehow in pokertracker and your name has been transposed onto it in error, but the stack sizes don't make sense (nor does the action in the hand), and the hand "occured" 6 weeks before it was posted.

We need someone that speaks Portugese to properly break down the thread. The Brazilians have invaded the Pokerstars freeroll, maybe this thread can be bumped then?
