you really should start giving some reads , if you don't have a hud to give hud stats ,stop playing zoom as you won't have any reads on your opponents.

Why did you call the turn, but fold the river? The board didn't change.

Well, we either need to fold the turn, or call the river. I think both can be okay, depending on your read on the opponent. I might also raise the flop in case he is drawing, and to take the initiative in the hand. I mean we have to believe we have the best hand on the flop, we're only behind AK I think.

Yeah I looked back and thought why didn't I raise the flop? I was probably thinking AK because of the 3bet. Was this bad to call a 3bet with AQ?
I find that when I open with AQ I win more but when I call a raise I see AK. Is it just me or bad luck? AK is easier for me to play than AQ. Any tips or advice for playing AQ?

I was hoping to catch his bluff on the turn so he would check the river then I could check back because of the 3 spades. It was hard for me to fold that hand but he went all in so he must really have it. Is 3 spades a dangerous board?

It depends on how you read his range. Most people's 3 bet range is big pairs or a big ace like AK or AQ, obviously pairs can't have a flush here so there are maybe only 2 suited flush combos in his range. However, some people do like to 3 bet with any suited ace because it's a blocker. Also, some people like to polarize their 3 bet range by 3 betting suited connectors, I think cardrunners or somewhere teaches this, so he might have some weird combos in his range. If you aren't ready to call a brick river, don't call the turn, I don't think.

If you had the ace of spades in your hand, even if you didn't have a flush, I think it makes this a call.

When you call a 2bet/3bet with AQ and flop the ace do you run into AK a lot or do you usually win more than you lose in the long run? I used to only play AK because of this but I decided to add AQ in my range to see how it goes but I don't know how to play it being scared of AK because I lost so many times. Please help.
I also read somewhere that if you only played AQs it would be +EV and if you only played AQo it would be -EV is this true?

AQo is a fine hand. Just don't call with it preflop if your opponent doesn't have AJ or KQ in his range.

And control the size of the pot with TP2K.

You should have raised the flop, I would probably 4 bet pre flop and take the pot without flop or fold / call 5 bet shove ( it depends who is the villain.) but call is fine also. Button open range is pretty wide and SB can 3 bet with a lot of hands as a bluff including small suited connectors, etc.. So, when you get 3 bet, do not immediately think that it is a strong hand like AA, KK, QQ, AK, especially if it comes from a loose aggressive player. Also there is a mistake, we have 3 of spades on the flop and again on turn.. All in all, I think that a mistake was made on the flop, if you are not ready for a showdown with that hand, and if you're sure the villain hold AK, you should fold it on the turn..
