So this guy is a fish.I saw him limping hands like T6o etc...
On the flop its a nobrainer .On the turn i'm thinking to bet small and maybe fold to a raise. But when he calls ant the river comes i didn't really know what to do,he could play like that all of his range, and it mainly consists of aces ,KJ QJ,a flush and a couple of sets.
So is that a big mistake to push the river?
Sorry if this is rusty ,my first post, tell me if i need to add anything or do anything differently.

My advice, post this hand in the Hand Analysis forum and do not include results in the OP because it will skew advice.

A lot of times we can get 3 streets of value with top pair vs a fish but this is a pretty bad run out to do it on. You are basically hoping for a crying call from A6-A10 because every other A has 2 pair or a straight and the rest of villains range is flushes.

I love thin value more then anyone but this is just too thin. I check/call turn and if turn goes check/check I bet river for value. If he bets turn and jams river, I am folding to river jam.

Just describing somebody as a fish isnt that helpful.

Tight/weak/loose/spewy/random?

First thing is with fish... We value bet against them that's how we make their money they don't fold nearly enough.

So that said trying to make fish fold is really just a leak especially if they are calling stations.

So work on categerizing players and use their traits against them.

The only turn card that would be worse is Ts.

Yeah, I'm cool check/calling turn, check/folding river. The board ran out like crap, so pump the brakes!

For me the preflop and fop game looks good. Don`t think you have to bet a turn like that, where the flush draw is complited. If you don`t want to let your hand just play check/call, but bet/fold = cash burning. If Villian raise, you have to fold.
As IPlay sad you play against A6-A10 so if i`m in your place i play the hand this way: Flop bet, Turn check, River check

Gotta check a street somewhere. Turn or river are fine.

Check/call the turn and reevaluate on the river.

Hi. I think if villain is fish as you say has a wide range. But when villain pays two streets I see no value on the river. Basically your hand is bluff catch in river . It seems more balanced to check in river. The range of fish can be a random suit hand, a weak ace or Xs jota. I think the ev the bet-fold on the river is close to even. I think in river is hard to pay you a hand worse for more fish to be

I think flop and turn are fine, but I'd c/f river. Simple reason being is that most fish don't know how to value bet light, and unless they are a brain dead zombie (which I have played vs/ some zombies), they won't VB A6+ here unless they have 2 pair. So I don't think there's extra value to be had, and if the board didn't run out like this, you can typically get 3 streets of value in similar spots like this vs. fish.
