go all in after his post flop reraise? Don't know if it would make a difference. He probably would of called anyways.

Dont beat yourself up over this hand. Without stats and reads it's difficult to give relevant advice, but if I was playing this in my 1st orbit at this table I probably 3bet shove the flop. However you only have a half stack so you don't have any fold equity, and your push is purely for value.

Stack sizes dictate that you are stacking off 100% in this situation. But it makes way more sense to get it in on the flop. To me, it seems that you might be a little confused that you would choose to flat call flop, then lead out from oop on the turn when big scare card hits and call shove etc. This doesn't change things with this example given stack sizes, but such a line when you are both deep could become a very big problem. Could you outline your thought processes for this line?

Why do you play with half a buy-in? I tend to think that 50 big blinds is a really horrible stack size. A bit too deep for short stack strategy. Not quite deep enough for proper deep stack strategy. For instance, do you set mine 50 bb deep? you barely get the implied odds to call a standard raise.

Concerning this particular hand, it's probably better to reraise all in on the flop, but I doubt that it makes any difference to the end result. Just a bad beat.
