AKs in SB, straddle pot
I'm wondering how others would play this hand given this situation and table dynamics.
1/2 live Pretty loose and passive. 1 plyr is laggy (bad at it), 2 are tag (one is me) 1 is tight passive(direct left) and the rest (5) are loose passive unless they have the best hand. With 1 of those an absolute calling station.
Button (direct right) puts on $6 straddle.
It's limped 4 ways to me. I have AKs clubs. Most of the time, I would raise this to $25 (with straddle on), but I felt more than one of the limpers would call and I didn't want to bloat the pot preflop so I limped with the BB and button to act. BB completes (tight passive) and Button raises to $31.( 3rd hand played, no reads old man river type).
Since I'm the next to act, I decided I wanted to take this guy heads up.
I should say first that the effective stack was about $140. ( I had about $220)
Question. What do you raise to? I'll put out the rest of the hand after some replies. Thank you.
