I woulda have checked that scarry flop with 3 clubs, in my mind the hand is lost if i see that flop, and i fold any bet of the opponent.

fair enough and yes was thinking that too but my more aggressive style of thinking my opponent probably is also scared of that board made me Cbet bluff. thanks for the feedback.

Its the sort of flop that half the time he will either have a big club or an overpair sometimes both and he will hang around.
so as it's a 3bet pot I don't want to inflate it anymore with just Ace high. Check behind.

Checking or betting this flop is very villain dependent and I probably mix it up alot. When you choose to cbet this flop with this particular hand you are basically one and done so I like that you made it a big sizing to maximize fold equity and gave up. Well played, but checking would also be fine.

I like c-betting this flop, villain can fold a lot of hands here. However, I would adjust your c-bet size. The hands that villain will fold here are still going to fold if we bet less, and the hands he calls with will call just about any bet. So I think betting just under half-pot is probably better.

After the flop, you played it well, we just check/give up.

as a wet flop is okay for large bet.
Utg range is strong, once you pay at the villain flop is better to check behind on the turn If villain checks the river if you can try to bet on the river to try to throw a hand like ace high clover

If villain has a high fold to c-bet%, I'll c-bet these flops most of the time in 3-bet pots. In non 3-bet pots I'll check/fold them OOP and take one stab then give up when I'm IP.

I'd probably play it the same way you did.

If you put opponent on 99-QQ then no way would he fold and you still don't know where you are in the hand.
Even if you had AK with a club, sometimess good to check back unless you are prepared to get it all in on the Flop
