bet-folding turn would be cheaper than calling down, i doubt he raises turn with a draw, so if he raises you can safely fold.

Check/Fold the turn if you're still in it at this point. He has done everything to add $$ to this pot on every street. We don't have a read on the guy from you, but I don't see how you called the turn. Are you putting him on a flush draw? He is showing massive strength and all you have now is AK. And even after calling the turn, how do you call the river? Really, what can you beat but a bluff?

AK wins a lot of hands 6 handed unimproved, although you're prolly behind to JJ QQ. you might get lucky if he's gotten super aggressive with AQ AJ A9. He didn't cap preflop, so im pretty sure it's not AA/KK, but hard to say for sure.

I play it the same way against about 1/3 of my opponents; the aggressive third. Against the tightest third, I fold the turn. Against the middle turn, I check/fold the river. Roughly.

Any reads at all on this guy? Any stats?

His stats are 55/28/1.52

(Is that right? %VPIP/PFR%/total aggression factor)

Mine are 22/17/2.5 for this session

Against that opponent, I'm calling down and expect to win.

Great. Did I get the format of those stats right - I've seen people give it like this on other forums but I'm just guessing on what that third number is...

Maybe we could add an explanation to the posting guidelines for this forum.

Villain rivered it:

KingHassan1 shows [ :6s4:, :7s4: ]a straight Four to Eight.
Bombjack_x doesn't show [ :ks4:, :ah4: ]a pair of Tens.
KingHassan1 wins $17.75 from the main pot with a straight, Four to Eight.

well now you have a good note about semibluffing straight draws on paired & suited boards
