Calling & folding are both fine, and honestly the EV difference between the two probably is probably pretty small. Folding has less variance, and this is full ring, so folding is probably best, because player's don't insta-stack JJ & QQ like they do playing 6-max.

Basically if he's aggro I think it's a call and if not a fold. Generally he's going to be isolating wide so theoretically you'll be 3-betting him light and he can 4-bet shove on you with a pretty wide range and you'll have to fold most of your range. If you haven't been 3-betting light a ton or you don't think he's smart enough to notice and adjust his shoving range then I think it's just a fold. I think if you are not aware of a specific dynamic a fold is better here because similar to c9's logic, a fold here is never a huge mistake no matter what his range is while calling can be a bigger mistake if say he only shoves here with aces.

You're not getting great odds and have to be good ~42% here and you don't beat a range of KK+/AK. In fact unless he shoves AQ in this spot (which again is possible if there's history), he has to shove all the way down to 55 for this call to be profitable. So yeah I think this is a fold.

Take it with a grain of salt because I don't play full ring outside of tournaments, but this is CO vs. blinds, so I'd call it off.
Most players won't 4-bet-shove KK or AA. You're almost always flipping when you call. The few times where he has KK or AA are offset by the odd times when he decides to shove KT or similar.

I'll do a quick sample calculation:

80% of the time you flip (45% equity)
10% of the time you're a dog (18.5% equity)
10% of the time you're a favorite (let's say 68% equity)

Overall equity = 0.45*0.8 + 0.185*0.1 + 0.68*0.1 = 0.4465 = 44.65%

EV = 0.4465*$61.55 - 0.5535*$43.55 = $27.48 - $24.10 = $3.38
