I think it's a call here, and see what he does on the turn. Then I'd probably c/c or c/f depending on the bet sizes. It's possible he's got QQ and is just testing your flop bet. Otherwise, you are either playing for a split pot against AK or dominated against AA / KK / JJ. Tough without reads, but at these stakes, people don't normally reraise PF with KQ type hands, specially from MP.

There's no point calling for info, stack sizes are only $5 and a call would mean over half of that is in. You call for over a 3rd of your stack to see what he does next. Push or fold (or call with a view to pushing the turn).

I couldn't fold, not at this level, though maybe indepth analysis suggests you should.

Have written 3 replys, discarded all 3. Largely because I'm more of a tourney player.

It is NOT a CLEAR anything!

tells us what you are thinking here about why you even entertain the possibility of folding this. Please.

At this point my thinking would be close to robwhufc. IF you play AK what is it you need to stay in the pot, AAK do it?

Most all of us will be praying for AK to hit one or the other on the flop, and then have someone bet into us.

Tell us what you are thinking here.

As played I push. I seriously might have folded preflop due to his 3-bet as AKo is just 2 overs to QQ and the 3-bet easily says AA/KK are good possibilities.

Well I folded, I considered pretty much what most of you said, he could be playing QQ or even KJ at this level I think now he most likely has AK.

I also considered reraising him preflop but I decided to call and yes, hope to hit ace or king, which make me think it was hard/wrong to fold, but I just didn't like his reraise couple with minraise preflop, to me when peopel at this level minraise like that it sorta screams big hand most of the time.

Short of a Tilty QQ I don't think I can win this hand so I'm not too sad I folded, think it was probably a split pot in heindseight (horrible horrible spelling).

And dj no of course I was happy when I saw the king but I just didn't like it, not really beating anything short of QQ.

At the time I thought it was definitely right to fold but afterwards I was reconsidering hence the post. Might have been something to do with me getting some sick beats lately!

I don't think this is a clear fold, but it's a little hazy, b/c when we hit an A or K with our hand we want to get paid off. However we have been 3 bet by our villain pf. Now stats here would help to narrow down our villains tendancies, Seeing as we dont have stats or reads lets say he's TAG.

Most 3 betting TAG's in FR in his position is likely to have a range of JJ+, AK. On the flop then we are 46% against his range 54%. He has r/r on flop as well now, so again if he is TAG then I dont really see him doing this a lot with QQ, so his range has tightened up again somewhat. Given the odds and looking at it with time to spare it doesn't look like a profitable play.

If he has laggy stats though and I see that K on the flop then I probably push flop.

If any of the experienced cash game brigade thinks my hand range on villain is out please comment guys ;).

In a reraised pot like this, I dont think Im giving up TPTK here. The fact that this is .02/.04 I think I will stack here every time b/c villain could have absolutely anything here.

And this why at these levels you don't want to slow play your big hands preflop or on the flop. (Not picking on you specifically bw, honest).
