Villain is 15/14/2.4 after about 90 hands. He seems pretty solid, raising a lot in lp. Is leading out on the flop the best play, or should i check call? Is there a better way to play this?

yes, lead out on the flop, about 2/3 of the pot, by betting 1. you are not showing weakness 2. check call would pretty much indcate flush draw to them at this level, so you don't really want them to think u got one in case u do hit yr flush. 3. you can take down the pot right now which isnt 2 bad, sometimes bunch of small pots without showing yr hands is better than one big hand, because you are not giving out info about yrself and it really messes with some peoples head and sometimes they will call you with hands like mid pair just to see what u got.

Raise pf, as you say, he raises a lot from LP, your well ahead of his range. Make it $1.2 pf imo. Because we only called, we have massively under repped our hand, and leading out only looks like a donk bet to him. If you push here, he folds weaker and calls with better What about a 'Vanquish' min 3 bet here?

I considered 3betting preflop, figured it would be abit light, sometimes I do it sometimes i don't, I think I tend to do it more if thier vpip and pfr % is a bit higher, and more against button raises then from the cutoff. I think I agree this would have been a good spot to 3bet though preflop, it would have made my flop bet more believable, since he could be 3betting the flop light, but I think I gotta fold this flop against his raise, not a hand I want to play for stacks, if he was behind here he made a very nice bet.
