I can't figure out if this guy is playing me or drawing to something. I was checking on the flop with the intent to fold. But when he checked me I believe he was either drawing to a small PP or AK. And you know how I love to suckout. So what would your position be at this point?

I could be wrong, but I think you are over-thinking a $3.75 pot. Fine, a small pocket pair might fold to your turn bet. So maybe that was worth a shot. But that didn't happen, so you have to lean towards giving up here. With a tight but limited read on the villain, you can't be so sure he's drawing. Sure, you can mostly rule out AA, KK, and QQ due to his passivity. But AT, AQ, and AK also have you spanked. Even looser hands like QT, KT, KJ, and QJ crush you.
With 3rd pair-top kicker, check/fold the river (or call a small bet if you just want info you can use in the future by seeing what he has).
