Unknown villian, hmmmmm.
I think you call here without thinking much about it. His range is undeterminable as he is unknown.
Meta game considerations;
Only thing for sure is if you fold here, it will tell him more than it saves you. Unless you use this specificaly to induce a particular image of yourself to that particular player.
His raise looks to be a min reraise, suggests to me he might only have nice playable cards. Again range unknown. Monsters I think will get a bigger rr here.

Monsters make this tiny raise all the time... if anything, that's what the tiny raise suggests. He wants to make sure to keep you in the hand and build the pot, feeling his hand is invincible (when it's obviously not).

I think it may be worth a call, since you're probably a better post-flop player than he. I don't hate a fold either. I'd say his range is JJ+ AK

I'd call. We're pretty much either way ahead (KK, QQ) or way behind (AA, AK, possibly JJ). KK or QQ could be making that bet here to find out if you have an A. And there's the small chance he was just screwing around pre-flop and he didn't have much of a hand to begin with and still doesn't.

If the turn doesn't bring a Q or 4-flush (you said the flop was rainbow, but didn't mention if one of them is a heart), and he still shows interest with a confident bet, I'm likely to dump it, cause I think KK or QQ usually would have pretty much given up at that point

The $7 bet on the turn wasn't too much, into a $15 pot. Without reads, a call is understandable, but the more I think about it, the more I feel like I could even fold the turn. I can't imagine KK or QQ would make this bet... they'd probably check behind. It seems very much like a bet for value, which kind of scares me. Then again, I've seen people do some weird crap at $50NL, so it would be pretty hard to lay it down.

(EDIT: I didn't notice we made an OESD. Probably makes it a call).

The river bet reeks even more of value, but we're getting good odds, so we could conceivably call and hope he's a retard who re-raised preflop with a weaker suited ace that didn't two pair up (because everyone knows suited aces are the nuts) or is on some weird bluff. But I think you could make a good fold here. He's played it a whole lot like AK or a set.

You show weakness the whole way by just calling his bets. He shows no great strength by the size of his bets (if he wanted to protect a big hand, he should definitely bet more on a draw heavy board). I can't put him on two pair here. Call. I'd put him on QQ, KK, AK or possibly the same AQ. No reason to raise, but I think it's an easy call.

I think this read on the hand is way off. Villain is second to act. He made a bet pleading for a call on the river after he's been called down throughout the hand. This bet was made when he had the option of checking behind.

By the river, there is no conceivable way he should have KK or QQ, like ever. If he does, it's just really bizzare. At this point KK and QQ should be all but eliminated from his range.

AQ and the other non-two pairing aces also aren't consistent with the pre-flop play or the please-call-me value bet on the end when he had the option to check behind, but, as I said, it is possible cause some people are dumb and think an A/a pair of aces is the nuts.

But I really disagree with it being an "easy call". I couldn't blame a call, but given the information he's given us, I'd be proud of a fold here.
