re:

you obviously have the chip stack to call but he only has a few hands ( that a raise would be called with) to beat you ex. AQ-not likely, KQ-possible, 88-doesnt happen but is possible and not often expected. if hes been laggy and is just calling i would expect he has something like Q 10 or Q J. this would be a tough call for me but gathering how he played the hand, call call raise all in, with a paired board i would probably fold, because if you call and he wins, he doubles up to 60 ish, and you drop to 110 105, so you save a possible risk of 1/5 ur stack and he only takes down a $14 pot, instead of a $45 pot. thats just my input from experience

In a cash game the proportion of your stack that you win or lose is irrelevant - losing $30 when you have $30 is the same as losing $30 when you have $300.

This is one of those entirely read-dependent moments. He doesn't overbet-shove here with 88. Most players would play trip Queens slower than this. Against a tight player it's a fold - you can get your money in in better spots. Against a LAG, getting 2:1 on a call, I probably make this call and expect to see something like pocket Sevens or A8 enough of the time to make it worthwhile.

Well played you and the original raiser. Given his stack size, he's not going to flop a set enough of the time to make his implied odds worthwhile, if he reads you for a big pair. I would normally re-raise a little bit more however with pocket Aces, especially if stacks are deeper. Against two short stacks I suppose the smaller re-raise is OK since you don't want to completely kill the action.

At these 6-handed games make sure you're also re-raising here with hands other than AA and KK, so your hand remains disguised.
