Had AA and ran into set. shorthanded. Go broke or not?

Guys, please help me here. I was on a winning session when i suddenly got AA. This player had just joined so i had no stats at all. 4hands had he played so far..
Maybe i shall raise bigger with my AA? But you want people in the pot after all. Do it more expensive for him to setmine? But then he maybe folds and the setminer misses most of the time.
When the board comes with paint am i inclined to want it in here and now on the flop.
He calls, common at those limits when you hit a set, always checkraise.. never valuebet always checkraise..So maybe i should fold when i saw that, but it is AA after all and 5handed. People here often gets it in with highest pair, AJ very possible, and only a set can beat me here, J8? calling 3BB with J8, it's possible. Flushdraw played aggressively? People here often play highest pair so AJ, KJ is very possible.
So when he directly reraised after he first had checked maybe i should get a little suspicious. It's so common with many players on those limits.
Do you go broke here or do you fold to a unknown? He left just after the hand, typical bingoplayer.
Broke or not broke?
