The flop comes 5d As 5s and he checks, I bet $3.75 and he calls pot=$15. The turn is the 3c and he checks again so I bet $7.50 then he raises to $15.00 and he has another $15.00 left and I folded. With his raise the pot was $36.00. Also a hand or two earlier I had seen him call an all-in with 4-1 pot odds on a gutshot straight draw and miss. What'd you guys think?
I think you have to make this call. We are getting better than 5:1 and the only hands that are beating you right now are AA, AK, and any 5.
What hands reraise preflop with a 5? NONE
AA and AK either lead or check/raise postflop.
This looks more like AJ/AT/KK/QQ/JJ type hands that don't believe that you are this strong.
