Fold to the squeeze preflop. You don't have implied odds to set mine and playing 22 unimproved is asking for trouble.

What Belgo said. Without a mega-read, this is horrible. Even if he has 49os, he's not that far behind.

2s are pretty weak unless you hit the flop. OK for set mining but when you don't improve you need to be able to lay them down. Any other pair has you beat and the raise oop preflop seems to indicate that they have something. Big pots need big hands and 22 doesn't seem to be one. Without reads the push seems out of place.
