I can't imagine you are ahead here very often, just fold. Those look like value bets but why pay him off. For the record I probably donk the flop depending on how he has been playing.

Donking the flop does nothing good for us except maybe get a cheaper showdown vs JJ if he decides to flat and check it down. Ch-c/ch-f is fine, as is flat out ch-folding.

6max game and I say 4bet pf and get it in, but I guess calling is ok since it's FR.

As played it's a pretty easy fold I'd say. I don't see him barreling underpairs or any worse hand basically, nor do I think there are very many worse hands in his range anyways.

think villian here probably had AK or AA, KK the way he played it but I folded because I didnt think he would double barrel me like chuck said

Am I the only one here thinking that hero should have folded after the preflop raise?

His 3bet % is what's important here, but generally a guy with 10/9 stats (assuming that's what Jurn meant, not 9/10) will have a wide enough 3bet % that QQ is good enough to at least call.

yes add 3bet/fold to 3bet stats..but you need a large sample for a good read. I wouldn't say its about TAG or fishy as most players at mirco stakes only seem to 3bet with KK or AA. You need to look at the 3bet from positions though. They have that in HEM..i'm not sure about Pokertracker 3.

I'd say if player is 3betting from the blinds against your steal of around 8%. Then his range is wide enough that you can 4bet light vs him. However knowing if he'll call you with junk is another matter.

But in reality, if you 4bet 2.5x vs that 3bet range. Then he should only be able to call with his top 3% of hands. Therefore you 2.5x bet should 1) break even 2) balance your range 3) put him on tilt 4) make him over adjust and start shoving his stack. So you 4bet him light a few times to counter his blind defence and then BOOM AA or KK you raise, he 3bets, you 4bet and he over shoves.

As for the QQ hand and going on the limits that i also play. That is probably AA or KK so i'd fold pre flop as i don't really have the implied odds for a set - plus he has quite nitty stats of 10/9 not like he's got donk ones. Also you'd pitch it on the flop...as that flop hits almost all of his 3bet range.

The 3bet range is the same as PFR. 1% AA/KK..3% AA-JJ, AK etc. And even vs a 3% QQ only has 47% equity.
