Reraise here 3/4 pot or pot. If you have a fchaser you want to make him pay for chasing. TPTK should be good here against any chasers. The level of play here is bad a lot of times. Players will come over the top of you with a pair 5s.

JT5tt is about the most draw heavy flop you can have. All broadway & suited connector hands from 78-AK have some sort of draw. Raise at least the size of the pot, if not more. These droolers will chase any flush or OESD for just about any price.

I make it about 80c to charge the various draws that are out there, though this is a spot where an overbet wouldn't be wrong either - we've got almost half a deck's worth of scare cards to dodge on the turn.
