Some kind of read or description of what you have observed usually helps us understand why you did what you did.
We're you floating his flop bet for any reason? Had he been aggressive, too loose, or been defending his blinds lately?
You're not exactly getting odds
to draw for the straight on the flop, and we're not sure your Ace would be any good if it did pair. So without any read on whether there are implied odds (which can be enormous at the micro-limits) I would have to say it's a fold on the flop (or a raise if he's done this before and there is some fold equity).
Maybe a little too tight for some, but at these limits there's no need to put yourself in marginal situations or try to out-think your opponents. If you are alive and can read your cards you are more than halfway there.
