I would fold in your position as it seems obvious he has a set and is value betting the river. Just a donk who got lucky, so don't pay him off.

Its not like you can fold... your hand has to be good 20% of the time.

Also, keep in mind you're playing 200 bb's deep. That makes it significantly harder to play overpairs and top pair type hands since you have a lot of money left behind on the river (which is where they are the weakest).

I'd probably raise more on the flop & bet more on the turn too, to make the river academic.

Call and pay him off if he's got it. This will be something other than a ten enough to make the call profitable imo.
