Definitely lead out, he raised you on the flop and I don't thin he'll see it as a value bet. You're not going to get much if he checks as well and you lead on the river.

Check call the flop and lead the river. I dont want to scare him away yet.

do we have reads? im becoming a big fan of check calling/raising the river with more people becoming more aggressive.

Lead for 2/3 pot ($6 would be good). If he raises, move in.
