if hes LAG i probably try to get him in pre flop, just shove here and hope he has AK/JJ or lower.

I would have repopped to $16 preflop here. I would have led on the flop to try to get him to raise making it easier to commit his stack and possibly to get the other to come along, probably $8. As played I agree you should shove.

Well first off you're playing $25 NL ;)

Your pre-flop re-raise is too small. Make it $4. You want to get this pot heads-up against your LAGgy. Don't let this other guy keep calling small re-pops with a hand like J-10 suited, etc.

By building it up bigger pre-flop you probably force this other feeb out of there or at the very least he's way overplaying anything that isn't KK or AA there.

Anyways, CR all-in is pretty much what you're left with here.

A good LAG player will play aggressively pre-flop but not get all-in for 160 BB with something like 10s or Jacks.

Yea but his 3-bet tells us he wants to play a big pot. Who said he was a good LAG? at these stakes there arnt many good LAG's.

Hmmm. Againt a LAG-BULLY as youve described him I play AA/KK/QQ all the same way. Call the flop and C/R all-in on a safe flop. Waiting for the turn is a little dangerous, your handing out free cards.

Pre-flop against a player like this is also fine to play for stacks, there is enough dead money out there for a shove, and even against AKs we are going to make profit in the long run.

I like the play, I perfer a C/R all in on the flop rather than seeing an over on the turn and being bluffed off.
