Villain is a 40/10/3 player. Has not appeared to know what he's really doing.

Hero ????

I led out with a cbet since we have a straight draw, an overcard, and the nut flush draw. Against his stack and our hand and his min-raise, are we stacking off? Flatting and seeing what happens?

Whenever someone says "what would you do" I always think of that Team America song. Not to mention that thread title is um, not exactly descriptive.

I would jammy whammy the flop & get all in. Our hand has like, lots of equity & stuffs.

Even against the worst range we can ever put this guy on (sets, AA, made flushes with QT or 9T, KJ, and KQ) you still have about 43% equity. Get your chips in the middle now.

yep, shove shove. you're OOP and your heart outs are obvious so even if you flat and then hit the turn, it's going to be hard to get paid. i don't suspect you have an absolute ton of fold equity here, but more than enough to make pushing the best play

Well, villain showed up with the top of his range here, and you still had 29% equity in the pot which made the push only slightly -EV. This is more than made up for when you fold hands like KQo that are in his range, have about 50% equity and can't stand the pressure of your shove.
