Can't find a fold and can't find a bet either. Is this uber passive line ok here?

MP3 is 37/13/1.3
BTN is 65/9/0.7
BB is 88/3/1.4

all of those over about 40 hands at this table. As you can see, a nice fish tank, but that means i don't really know how to interpret their bets.

I'm typically playing 15/10/2.5.

Full Tilt, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players

UTG+1: $11.65 (23.3 bb)

I don't see anything wrong with that. That board sucks and TPTK isn't going to take it a good chunk of the time when you have that many players involved.

If you make a decent sized bet at the pot, they're either going to shove back (and you don't want to play for stacks) or fold. So I'd be happy with a cheap river.

I don't like the flop call. The board looks too draw heavy to passively call. You're well ahead of his range and need to make it pricey for the draws. The turn's even weaker. Yes the BB could have a J but you need to put a bet out anyway (and fold to a c/r).

Raising flop is suicidal with two players behind us, imo. I'd rather protect my stack then protect against draws at this stage.

Well you asked if it was uber-passive and I think it was. The two players behind are calling stations... they could have anything. They might have your beat - but odds are much stronger they don't. You'll have a better idea after you raise. If you make it $15 you're taking away all the odds for draws. If you get called and that turn comes... then shut it down. If you get three bet your done also.

^This. I would have reraised on the flop with straight and flush draws on the flop.
