Villain is at 17/15/2.33 over only 46 hands. We had one confrontation earlier, he had raised from the CO to 2, I 3-bet from the SB to 7, he 4-bet to 17, I shoved and he folded.

poker stars $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players

Hero (SB): $65.50
BB: $75.30
UTG: $53.60
MP: $67.15
CO: $13.50
BTN: $51.10

Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with :kc4: :as4:
1 fold, MP raises to $2, 2 folds, Hero raises to $7, 1 fold, MP calls $5

Flop: ($14.50) :6c4: :3h4: :kh4: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $7, Hero raises to $21, MP raises to $35, Hero raises to $58.50 all in, MP calls $23.50

Turn: ($131.50) :7c4: (2 players - 1 is all in)

River: ($131.50) :8s4: (2 players - 1 is all in)

Is there anything wrong with my line here? Can I fold to his raise on the flop or is that out of the question?

He is quite tight, and I would be pretty much expecting him to have us crushed when he 3/bets us on the flop, but I cant really find a fold here, unless he was a 10/8 nit or something. Hopefully his range includes KQ or flush draws, b/c thats all were beating.

You're never folding flop given it's a 3bet pot and the stacks aren't a million bbs deep. And especially not given that there's some history between you two. Pretty surprised to see a 4bet bluff from someone who seems that tight.

Your line on the flop depends on the dynamics and such, but just cbetting and getting it in is the standard line, and CRAI is good too. You can't really make a big mistake here unless you somehow fold, or slowplay your hand to death.

I agree with Chuck, there is no way you are folding on the flop, I am guessing by the last line in OP you got beat though.

Ok I just wanted to make sure stacking off in a spot like this isn't spewy. Villain obviously had 33, I really didn't have that in his range after I 3-bet him but oh well.

Don't completely hate it given previous dynamic seeing as villain can make moves, but just because this is a 3B pot doesn't give you the "right" to stack off willy nilly, ESPECIALLY as it is a K high board and not all unders where the best overpair wins sort of deal.

Totally agree with Jag...we are beating KQ and flush draws and absolutely nothing else here. I highly doubt villain is going to try to 3B bluff you on this board ever, even with some history.

Lead flop tho imo, because as played with the c/r you pretty much have to get it in given stack sizes. Not saying you shouldn't get it in here, but i think it is a big leak to take the whole "well i have tptk and villain might be playing back at me line" even tho given the board you don't beat a whole lot and very little plays back at you (tho granted not a whole lot beats you).
