No,I would defuse the flop especially in MTTs where you only get 1 stack so you need to have like a huge edge% over your opponet. Set up the turn for a check raise jam if opponent has TAP higher than 30 and OOP. If their AF is closer to 0 (which means they love to call) I would just bet and jam myself on turn. I asked a statistician what my odds are in these "I got you covered, redraw" situations and could not get a straight answer what my true statistics are. Though I just discount their percentage off my odds of winning probably wrong but no one has given me an answer.

Because if your percentage is even 51% and you are of course BRM in a cash game then jam and keep running more hands. I do not THINK you are a favorite here on flop.

I prefer your opponents hand any day all day forever in time.

In a multi way pot a semi bluff is not as good as in a heads up pot as:
1) You don't want to get called as your (most of the time) behind when you get called and there are more players so more chance that you get called
2) If the pot stays multi way you potentially win a bigger pot

So no would not semi-bluff all in on the flop

In a tournament it is for sure not an all in semi bluff spot
