I'm sorry it's not converted but you know, Everest is not supported..
So I was wondering if there is any value in betting this river.

I really felt I was being set up vs AK and I would be c/r on the river or at least called by better.
I could see same26 not cbetting with AK on that flop although it kind of surprised me and Happe could have any 2 for all I know.

Was it really weak to just check behind and go for showdown value ?

Bet the turn. If I have position and no one bets 2 streets, I'm betting.

As played, I bet the river.

Yeah good point about the turn.

Do you bet/fold if you get raised on river ?

Depends on villain and the size of the raise. I mean I don't want to play for stacks or anything but if I bet $5 and get min raised I'm calling. Actually I just can't see a hand that beats me here that raises the river but doesn't bet it too often, so I may even talk myself into calling a raise of 3x my bet.

Yeah, I guess that would require villain being very trappy. It would make little sense for him to be going for a check raise with a strong hand since we all showed so little interest in the pot and he has little reason to think I would bet that A, despite the fact that it's an Ace and I might want to take it right there.

I think he would cbet AJ, maybe not AK all the time but at least a significant amount and possibly AT too.

So what hands are calling us that we beat if we bet ?

Weaker Aces and a few KT/QT type hands (again depending on villain). Honestly, if they fold KT/QT I don't care because I don't have to show my cards.

About the ONLY hands we should be afraid are A2/A6/AK and all of those are doubtful. I guess AK is possible from someone who cbets so rarely but the guys a drooler and A9 is just as likely imo (and yes he might raise it on the river).

Think about how many times you bluff this river when you then regret doing it because Ax/Jx/Tx always looks you up.

Good point :D

In retrospect it definitely was a pity, although same26 only had Q5 that Happe guy checked KK on all streets

KK definitely has to pay you off here after not betting on any street.

Why would the villain check down KK's on that friendly board? Must be a very passive player or plays scared.

Well after that hand he had an infinite agression factor the rest of the way so I don't know.

Probably went into a coma for the space of one hand.

Why not bet the river? No one has shown any interest so far. I don't know about the preflop call with AQ - it often ends up ugly.
