$50 NL HE Full Ring: linecheck on QQ 4-way

CO is 19/17/3 over 70 hands (reg ish)
other 2 are obv fish no hands but high vpip/lowpfr/halfstacked

Im kind of lost here on the flop and turn.
Is a lead on the turn fine ? What about bet sizing ? I was clueless about that too. Is my sizing wrong ? And on the river I guess I have to ship no matter what vs their stack sizes.

Hero (BB): $55.85 (111.7 bb)
UTG: $49.50 (99 bb)
UTG+1: $24.40 (48.8 bb)
MP1: $45.15 (90.3 bb)
MP2: $26.35 (52.7 bb)
MP3: $72.50 (145 bb)
CO: $50 (100 bb)
BTN: $29.05 (58.1 bb)
SB: $49.90 (99.8 bb)

Pre-Flop: Hero is BB with Q:diamond: Q:spade:
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $0.50, MP1 calls $0.50, MP2 calls $0.50, MP3 folds, CO raises to $3.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $3, UTG+1 calls $3, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $3

Flop: ($14.75) 8:spade: 9:diamond: 9:club: (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, MP2 checks, CO checks

Turn: ($14.75) 6:spade: (4 players)
Hero bets $8.50, UTG+1 calls $8.50, MP2 calls $8.50, CO folds

River: ($40.25) 3:diamond: (3 players)
Hero bets $25, UTG+1 calls $12.40 and is all-in, MP2 folds

I think we 3bet QQ preflop here.
Even regs at 50NL tend to have pretty shit calling ranges (this may differ for FR though) and if he does happen to fold one of the half stacked fish may come along.
Calling here is abit tricky because of the fishcakes behind you, its very likely to turn into a multiwaypot were your out of position which isn't what were after here.

As played we can commit against half stacked fishcakes anyday here.
If they show up with a 9 oh well, at least we have a fullstacked fish at out table now.

Yeah preflop was hard too.
I think he iso's pretty wide, as far as FR goes anyway, but I don't want to 3bet oop then get called.

I don't know what's best..

Being out of position against one player for with a small stack to pot ratio is much better than being out of position against 4 players with big stack to pot ratio.
If we 3bet and someone calls we can safely commit to any non A or K flop and suddenly playing the hand has become very easy.

The only downside is when we get 4bet its gunna be abit messy but this shouldn't happen to often.
Calling in the blinds with QQ is all fair and well when we know their fold to 3bet is very high and the pot is not going to become multiway.
Being out of position in the first place also makes me want to 3bet this.

Yeah I see what you mean and I agree.
3betting would've been much better.
