I always get confused in situations like these. And the reason why I did not play this hand more aggressively is because there is little fold equity against players like these.

iPoker - €0.50 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 48.62 BB (VPIP: 47.83, PFR: 26.09, 3Bet Preflop: 11.11, hands: 23)
BTN: 117.78 BB (VPIP: 25.65, PFR: 20.31, 3Bet Preflop: 9.20, Hands: 791)
SB: 100 BB (VPIP: 23.66, PFR: 17.08, 3Bet Preflop: 5.79, Hands: 16,679)
BB: 104.24 BB (VPIP: 56.67, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 60)
Hero (UTG): 100 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7:club: A:club:

Hero raises to 2 BB, CO raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, BB calls 3 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (12.5 BB, 3 players) 3:heart: T:club: 6:club:
BB checks, Hero checks, CO bets 6.24 BB, BB calls 6.24 BB, Hero calls 6.24 BB

Turn: (31.22 BB, 3 players) 8:diamond:
BB bets 31.22 BB, Hero ?

No. Even if you know CO is calling too we still need ~26% equity and we only have ~18%. I wouldn't count the A or the gut shot as outs. We still have some implied odds on BB but it is still a very meh high variance spot.

Fold preflop or open 3bb instead of 2bb. If you folded the turn, the rest was fine.

I open 2BB with all hands, it's kinda working well for me so far.

Fold pre. If at a loose table we want to tighten up. When at a tight table loosen up. As played bet 4xbb from UTG. That is per the strategy articles which explains the reasons why we bet different amounts from different positions. I would c/r flop and shove if he re-raises. As played on turn I fold.

yeh but whats villains range... we are playing his range.

we block straights and dominate flush draws... and get better hands to fold out like ak aq aj and still drawing to nuts with flush n straight

also our ace can be good if it hits

5 handed I think A7s is ok to open from UTG. The BB has never raised preflop or 3bet in 60 hands so his raise here would get my respect, we aren't getting the correct odds on the turn, simple fold.
I think you played it fine, there seems to be very little point in cbetting this particular flop, everything is calling, overs, gutshots with overs, flushes. I read a stat recently that a ten high flop has the highest cbet call rate of all flops.

id be interested in 5 as well because ten and 5 either one always has to be in a straight ... perhaps why ten is called a lot

Ya guys A7s is a great hand to play against bad lose players because there are lots of ways to get a big pay off. I would only fold it UTG when surrounded by good LAG players.

Many times these players will min 3 bet or double just like here which ensures we get to see a flop cheaply with many hands giving maximum implied odds.

I could check raise the flop but I have seen it so many times that fishes would just keep playing middle pair and we end up getting it all in with a flip when we have a bigger edge so why do that?

In this hand this pot sized turn donk is an unusually strong move I was not expecting.
