Hey Deco,

I only play 25nl, but doesn't this just have to be trips?

You raise 4BB pre and he flats. If it is JJ+ he has got to be 3 betting you there right?

I don't think this guy is spazzing out with AJ here either unless he is tilting or something. Once he saw that you 'got a piece' of the flop he was trying to take you to value town.

I guess the argument could be made that a shove is a bluff here, and trips would flat the reraise. How did the hand turn out? I am trying to polish my hand reading skills :)

edit: does a combo draw do this?

Like Steveg says, no fistpump but I call (if you pushed him off a pot or have showndown a bluff recently, I'm a little happier but not a lot). This looks a lot like a set/weirdly played overpair (I could see a guy with these stats doing this w JJ+, a 63/7/3 did this to me today w AA in SB), almost certainly isn't a draw (passive fish don't donk bet even combo draws, I don't think), but I think shows up as Jx frequently enough (even from a super passive fish I think) to justify a call - but I'm not going to be surprised by a set.

Difficult decisions,or nas recived set or waiting for fluch, although it is possible to have AA on hand.
There are many combinations that are against youand perhaps the only bluff.
One is living,my decision would be CALL :):):):)

Fold absolutely all the way for me.

Think of how big the pot size is! At the end of the day, all you have is one pair and not even a very good one pair!!!!!!

There are so many hands in his range that are beating you including 35 of diamonds, it is more than likely that your kings are miles behind..

You could be facing a freaky 2 pair (24 suited which may be in his calling range in that situatioN), 35 diamonds, AA, JJ, 22, 44, AJ, KJ, QQ... thats what his range is for me and there's only 3 hands you're beating...

Unless you have more information to suggest that this is a bluff, based on the action and treating him like a genuine 29/2 player, I'm folding all day long...

You can get much better chances to get your money in...

I folded.
I always fold in these situations unless I have the combination of a very aggressive player and a very drawy board.

I'm leak checking my game atm, so i figured I'd put this up and see if it's a major leak of mine.
mixed responses suggest no?

I think if you call in those types of positions without more stats on a person, that's a huge leak...

I doubt this is one :)
