Villain is a 16/14 over 133 hands, 3b % 11
cbet - 60%

I decided to CCPF as i didnt really want to get 4b and put in a horrible spot, plus i like to defend these hands sometimes anyway.

OTF seems pretty standard to call but it worries me abit that he decides to check raise such a dry board because im only ever folding air hands and if he wants to push me off pocket pairs lower than a Q and middle pair hands etc id expect him to cbet then fire 3 barrels or c/r the turn. Again calling a bet OTT seems somewhat standard as he still may be barreling or have got there with a draw 57s, or betting 35s and I would expect him to shutdown all bluffs on most rivers based on the resistance i have shown in the hand. When the river bricks and he bets again I just think im beat here a decent amount of the time but its hard to figure out what me, seems to me he wants to inflate the pot as much as possible (by c/r'ing the flop) and getting max value out of a strong hand.

I think im pretty nitty in these kind of spots anyway so just looking for some opinions

What's his steal %? How wide is his range when he check/raises the flop?

Idk, his range seems so FOS the flop unless you've been messing with him earlier in the session. People don't really just take this line dry with a nut hand and no history IMO.

If I call the flop, I'm probably making my decision right there to go all the way with it as long as no super bad cards hit. We have no real cards we can expect to gain equity with on the turn against his range. As played I prolly look him up on the river, but these blind vs. blind spots are so sensitive to how the session has gone between you two up until that point.

The 8 and the 3 complete straight draws, but 75 seems like a pretty small part of his range.

i probably look him up, his line doesnt make a ton of sense and i dont love folding river unless you think alot of his air bets turn and gives up on rivers

I call the river. The flop ch/r by him really narrows his range down to not a ****ing lot.

i like the call on the flop but i feel like you really need to make the decision on the turn here to go all the way to the river or fold...

Depends on how i think he will play overall as a player, if i think hes more likely to x/r here with a set trying to own me and get tricky/he doesnt get out of line bluffing when he cant rep much i will just fold the turn expecting most players like this to give up their bluffs on earlier streets. Otherwise yeah, call/call. But in general i think people dont bluff enough and i dont think they bluff much in this spot so i probably do fold the turn a decent bit when a nit does this.

Ya that's a pretty dry pointless board to CR on unless he's leveling you, but with only 133 hands, I wouldn't expect that. For the price I'd likely look him up on the river.

I call flop raise and fold to turn bet, even tho I would like to see myself fold the flop.
