well 3 times certainly isn't enough. Not only could his perception of monsters include hands you're actually a favourite against (JJ and under for ex), but you also have decent equity against QQ+ still, and he'll be bluffing
more than often enough to make jamming flop just fine.
In my experience the check-minraise can vary completely from player to player. Some do it as a complete bluff and slowplay their monsters, others do it strictly for value. I'm perfectly fine jamming here, even if he's shown to do it with monsters. Hell, he might actually be adjusting and trying to represent a monster when he's actually bluffing this time.
