Pre's close my default is to flat though. I'm not actually a huge fan of raising flop. As played river's really close but I don't see you realistically losing to much I'd assume he would raise a set at some point before this and he can have hands like Tx/worse Kx/JJ/QQ enough to make the river shove +ev.
