Is it standard not to get this in vs a nit preflop? What do you do if u flat the 4bet and an A flops?

Why no flop raise? Lots of scary cards that can come and convince villain not to stack or give villain the best hand.

Well I would have tried to get it in pre flop, if he has AA so be it. I don't really know why you wouldn't just shove the flop, he only has $16 behind and like Zach said there is quite a few cards you don't want to come on the turn.

I don't have much of a problem with it, I did wonder why no raise with the scary board on the flop but otherwise it was getting in.

The flop is not scary. I'd be very surprised if villain has a wider range than JJ+ or AK, so this board does not hit him at all.

Yeah, if you don't wanna get this in preflop, calling down is fine since we want to keep JJ/QQ coming at us.

Its scary because villian may not put you on a such a range and find a fold with JJ,QQ

OK, so results. Villain had AA. I spent the whole hand thinking "he has AA", but then my rational mind telling me "no, his range is wider here".

Well, its a cooler. Cant do much about it. Hard to fold KK on boards like that, AA against KK are pretty bad:( but i would of shoved preflop since u have 2nd best hand.
