sup hutchy ;]

Not a great preflop hand, you need to hit very specific to have the low and dubious hand for the high

you got a pretty good flop though with the nut low draw but you don't really have much going on for the high

you made the nut low by the river so worst case you will get 1/6th of the pot, best case you make them fold (though this looks very unlikely) so half the pot

looking at the board and the river action I would think you are gonna get quartered, so I wouldn't raise

raising might also chase out pooh who might be on a hiding to nothing, hope that they both have a flush, or perhaps a flush and a straight and your low is good for half

Cheers for the reply mate, yea I am not used to this omaha stuff, my brain is all holdemified :D

I ended up calling, the original river bettor folded and I took the low, for a small profit.

... best case you make them fold (though this looks very unlikely) so half the pot ...

But you can't make them fold if you don't Bet!

You have to bet out at the turn! Looking at the board, nobody has that great a high hand; 9-high straight, flush draw ... The 2x BB at the turn was hardly the nuts, high or low. You have the nut low ... Bet the pot (is there 85 in when your turn?) and see what happens! You may scare out one or possibly both opponents and scoop it! It's always possible you can get quartered here, but I don't think so.

6 handed, i think i'd have raised that up a bit pre-flop to build the pot. It isn't a terrific hand, but youve probably got best low if one hits, and fair potential for a high. Then I would have bet out with the low draw, and certainly put a big bet in on the turn when I hit my low. The only way you are going to win the whole pot here is to get your opponents to fold, and in my experience you get the opponents to fold more often than you get quartered / sixthed etc. So as soon as you get the nut low, bet it as hard as you can, and hope opponents fold.

As played, on the river you have to call it down and hope for half - i'd never fold here.
