He's got 52BB left and pot is circa 40bb so its not inconceivable to think hes just going to stack turn.

It's a spot i really dont see much else but a standard call, I think if we raise here we are really only getting it in against hands that have ours in very bad shape. Like 2 pair, AKcc type hands.

Take a chance to see a cheap turn.

I guess this hand, ranked in the 22nd percentile by PPT, is an okay borderline CO open.

We can't really decide how to proceed without thinking about what sort of hands BTN might have. He's an unknown. We do quite well against something like K6, but quite poorly against the most nutted hands he could have let set + fd. You would think a hand like 333 would be less inclined to give you such favourable odds to proceed but people do funny (read, illogical) things.

I did raise and got called by top 2 pair, but I'm ahead of 2 pairs on the flop... Obviously I'm a dog vs pair + nut flush draw or sets, but then again against those hands waiting to see a turn does not inform me much whether I'm ahead or not as I'm not going to turn the nuts anyway. So I don't quite see what a call achieves.
