Hi. A few questions for this one. I only have 10 hands on each player, so no reliable stats to go by.

poker stars, $0.02/$0.05 Zoom Omaha Cash, 6 Players

SB: $11.06 (221.2 bb)
Hero (BB): $7.68 (153.6 bb)
UTG: $4.77 (95.4 bb)
MP: $5 (100 bb)
CO: $3.76 (75.2 bb)
BTN: $5.61 (112.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K

UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, CO calls $0.15, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.10

Flop: ($0.47) T

Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $0.45, Hero calls $0.45, MP folds

Turn: ($1.37) 2

(2 players)
Hero bets $0.87, CO calls $0.87

River: ($3.11) 8

Hero bets $1.49, CO raises to $2.29 and is all-in, Hero calls $0.80

Pre-flop - is my call in the BB fine? Or is it more profitable long term to 3-bet? If it is or isn't, what kind of tools do I need to figure these ones out myself?

Flop - am I donking in these situations, or check raising? I feel like a check call isn't the way to go here

Turn - I feel like this may be a fine play for how the hand has been played so far. I feel like a check raise here wouldn't make sense, and I wanted to take down the pot or at least be able to put villain on some kind of hand rather than going in blind to the river. When reviewing it initially I thought the sizing may be too small, but I doubt a Q or over pair is folding, so the sizing is good enough to keep some hands I'm ahead of in the hand. Am I on the right track here with my thinking?

Thanks for taking the time to have a look

interesting decisions..

pf.. If they're opening wide 3b will be good, as you'll have their draws dominated enough. Having JJ in your hand makes a call more appealing, then say KQJ9.

Flop is good, can't think of doing anything else.

turn.. no reason to do this really. What worse hands are you hoping they have? Your JJ blocks a lot of their straight draws KJT hands etc.. you do have good equity against basically anything so it can't be bad, but i feel c/c is better or crai if they can bet/fold AA (probably not given stacks)

river.. just go all in yourself, 97 will call

Go ahead and 3-bet pre here. And yeah, the donk on the turn brick accomplishes nothing (unless you like getting shoved on by QT/sets). Just check and call again.

Preflop is fine, I don't think a 3-bet is really worth it here, unless MP is raising light.

Flop is fine. No need to donk, and once it's CO that bets instead of MP, no reason to do anything other than calling either.

The turn donk is weird, just c/c again.

As played, river works out nicely. Did he have QQ/TT?

All I know is I like your play just fine. Just reading it it felt like you were in control the whole hand. Flopped the nut str8 but the fear of the boat was only issue.
